For Italian food lovers

On Parikià’s waterfront there is a place that is absolutely a must-go! Its name is Bacco, a restaurant established in 2015 thanks to Laura and Maurizio’s passion and spirit. In 2020 we, Donatella and Guido, took over this beautiful place. Although the management has changed, our goal is still the same! We work hard to bring you D.O.C. Italian food, with careful and researched selection of products and suppliers, and plenty of professionalism in the kitchen. Our secret ingredient is quality. This has always been the driving force behind the uniqueness of Italian cuisine, with plenty of richness and creativity in flavors.  A little bit about us. Donatella is from Trieste, and Guido from Friuli. We first set foot on the island of Paros in 2009. It was love at first sight. Ever since then, we have come back every summer, on holiday. But saying goodbye got harder every year.  In 2014 we bought a house on Parikia hills.  We dipped our toes in Greek waters… Paros fever exists! We started dreaming of spending not just holidays on the island, but a lifetime. And that’s when Bacco came into the picture!  With us, a staff full of professionals coming from Italy. Manu, a young Trieste-Cretan Chef with international background, is the kitchen supervisor. Mauro is another highly experienced chef from Trieste, with calm and composed character. Alongside them is Luisa, who brings her warmth from Southern Italy. Last but not least there is Sara, also Trieste-Cretan (she is Manu’s sister), our super organized lady in the dining area, full of smiles and grit. What are you waiting for?  Come meet us all!
